The fabricated pieces received a 2 coat epoxy interior coating and the exterior received 1 coat of epoxy and 1 coat of urethane.

T BAILEY, INC. fabricated, finish painted and delivered 2 each 12’d x 32’l 660 BBL API 650 storage tanks for ConocoPhillips Beluga Gasfield in Alaska. The tanks were finish painted with a 3 coat epoxy interior and a 2 coat epoxy exterior system.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated and painted 3 each 12′ diameter casings for Sletton Construction on a project for the Montana DOT. The casings were 25′, 41′, and 65′ in length.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated, finish painted and delivered 2 each 50,000-gallon fuel tanks that were 12’d x 59’6” long and 1 each 12,000 gallon 8’d x 35′ long UL142 double wall skid mounted welded steel diesel bulk fuel storage tanks. The exteriors of the tanks received a 3 coat finish paint system of zinc primer, epoxy, and urethane.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated and painted a 12′ diameter x 8′ long sump tank. The coating system included 1 coat of epoxy on the exterior and 2 coats of epoxy on the interior surfaces.
