Codes & Standards
We fabricate in accordance with API 650, AWWA D100, AWWA C200, UL 142, UL F921, UL 2085, ASME Section VIII Div 1, ASME U-Stamp, ASTM A252, and all other applicable codes and standards. T BAILEY INC. is also ASME NBIC R-Stamp certified, enabling us to perform repairs and alterations on already completed ASME pressure vessels. Design & Engineering
We offer comprehensive design and engineering services for tanks, reservoirs, and pressure vessels. Simply let us know the capacity you need. We’ll run performance, strength, and cost calculations to help you determine the kind of tank you need and whether a single large reservoir or multiple smaller tanks are the best solutions for your storage need.
As for casing, piling, penstock, and similar applications, we don’t supply start-to-finish design services but offer engineering support. For example, we can provide geometry assistance, CAD modeling, and performance calculations.
Fabrication & Construction
Our dedicated crew members are skilled in all aspects of steel plate fabrication and complete the entire fabrication process in-house, including cutting the plate to size, rolling, forming, drilling holes, conforming, joint prep, and welding assembly.
All our welders are AWS D1.1 certified and are skilled in a wide range of qualified welding procedures, including submerged arc welding, stick welding, gas metal arc welding, dual shield welding, and more.
As for the equipment used by our steel plate fabricators, our expansive facility houses:

- Plate bending rolls capable of rolling 2.75” x 10’ wide steel plate
