SSPC/NACE Blasting and Coating For Custom Fabrication

Ensuring that your custom steel fabrication is able to withstand decades of harsh environmental conditions requires powerful blasting and coating services. This is another area where T BAILEY INC. surpasses the competition. We have an in-house industrial coatings division, which means that we are able to begin the coating process in the early stages of fabrication, rather than just slapping a coat on at the end of the project.

  • Pre-washing steel to eliminate oils, soluble salt, and other contaminants per SSPC SP1
  • Machine or manual blasting steel to prepare it for metalizing and coating
