Steel Piling & Pipe Pile Fabrication

Steel Piling Built for Heavy Loads, Tough Environments, and Long Service Life

When your project depends on a deep foundation that will perform for decades, steel piling is a proven solution. At T BAILEY LLC, we fabricate pipe pile systems for industrial, commercial, marine, and heavy civil construction projects where strength, durability, and schedule all matter.

Our team produces steel pipe pile products in-house, from fabrication and welding through blasting, coating, inspection, and delivery. That means you get a reliable outcome without having to coordinate multiple vendors for fabrication, finishing, and quality control. Whether you need pipe piling for bridge work, marine structures, industrial facilities, or oversized infrastructure, T BAILEY LLC has the experience and capacity to deliver.

Why contractors and engineers choose our steel pipe piling:

  • Built to spec: We fabricate pipe piles to meet project requirements, codes, and performance needs, including diameter, wall thickness, length, and coating system.
  • Engineered for durability: Carbon steel construction, paired with in-house blasting and coatings, supports long-term performance in harsh conditions, including marine and high-moisture environments.
  • One-stop execution: Fabrication, testing, finishing, and delivery all happen within our facilities, reducing delays and improving quality control.
  • Scalable capacity: We fabricate large-diameter steel pipe for demanding applications and oversized deep foundation systems.

Whether you are sourcing piling pipe, reviewing pipe pile suppliers, or looking for piling pipe fabrication with strict inspection standards, T BAILEY LLC is ready to help. We also support clients who need industrial steel pipe as part of a broader foundation package, serving as a dependable resource for pipe and piling supply. Our team can work with you from early estimating through final delivery to confirm specifications, align on shipping options, and deliver the right steel pile pipe configuration for your project.

Why Choose T BAILEY LLC as Your Steel Piling Pipe Manufacturer?

A deep foundation is critical for any heavy structure, and pipe piles remain one of the most effective ways to ensure that the foundation can support long-term loads. Steel pile systems are widely used because they are easy to customize, efficient to fabricate, and highly resistant to environmental exposure when properly coated and installed.

T BAILEY LLC has been fabricating piling pipe for more than 25 years. Our industrial-sized heavy steel fabrication division has a proven record of meeting customer demands, schedules, and budgets, helping establish T BAILEY LLC as a trusted Northwest leader in heavy steel fabrication.

What elevates T BAILEY LLC above many other pipe piling suppliers is our ability to execute every stage of the process within our own state-of-the-art facilities. Fabrication, blasting, industrial coating, testing, and delivery are all coordinated through one team. For clients, that means fewer handoffs, tighter quality control, and a more efficient path from design to shipment.

Our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors rely on us for pipe piles up to approximately 15 feet in diameter and 200+ feet in length. We fabricate open-ended pipe piles designed to transfer load through friction with the surrounding soil. Every metal pile we produce is fabricated from high-quality carbon steel and must pass rigorous in-house inspection before it is cleared for delivery.

Pipe Piling Certifications

As an established Northwest fabricator, T BAILEY LLC maintains the certifications required to support demanding steel pipe piling work across multiple jurisdictions and industries. Our certifications include:

  • DOT certification for Washington, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, California (Caltrans Class R and Class N), and Hawaii (HART)
  • AWS D1.1 certification for welding
  • SSPC QP3 certification for painting
  • CWB certification with the Canadian Welding Bureau

Our commitment to maintaining these certifications reflects the standards we bring to every pipe pile project. It also gives customers confidence that their steel pile, pipe piling, and piling pipe fabrication needs are being handled by a team that understands both production quality and compliance.

AISC Painting & Blasting for Pipe Piling

One of the major advantages of working with T BAILEY LLC is that we perform blasting, coating, and painting for steel pipe pile products in-house. Our industrial coating division operates within the same facility as our fabrication team, which can save clients significant time and cost by eliminating the need to move material to a separate coating contractor.

We begin coating preparation in the early stages of fabrication and continue through completion. This integrated process supports stronger quality control and can improve long-term performance compared with systems that are coated only after fabrication is complete.

Our AISC painting and blasting services for piling pipe include:

  • Prewashing the steel to eliminate contaminants, soluble salt, and oil per SSPC SP1
  • Machine or manual blasting of the steel to prepare it for coating
  • Metalizing the steel piling with aluminum or zinc
  • Priming and finishing the coating and lining with epoxies, urethanes, zinc, enamels, and vinyl ester coatings

For projects in marine, industrial, and corrosive environments, these services help extend the usable life of the steel pipe piling and improve resistance to moisture and exposure.

T BAILEY LLC’s Pipe Piling Fabrication Process

Once we receive your pipe pile designs, our fabrication division begins the production process. Fabrication is typically carried out in the following steps:

  1. Cut out and etch the steel plate with CNC plasma cutters
  2. Bevel the plate ends, if required, to ensure quality welding
  3. Roll the plate into cylinders
  4. Weld the longitudinal seam of the cylinder
  5. Connect cylinders by welding the circumferential seam using our submerged arc welding process
  6. Forward the completed pipe piling to T BAILEY LLC’s testing division for rigorous inspection before shipment
  7. If specified by the project, blast and coat the steel to increase longevity

This structured process helps us maintain consistency across every steel pile pipe we fabricate, whether the project calls for standard pipe pile sections or oversized, large-diameter steel pipe.

Testing & Quality Control for Pipe Piles

Quality control is a critical part of every project at T BAILEY LLC. Our Director of Quality Assurance is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and CWB Certified Welding Supervisor, and he ensures that each steel pile meets our strict internal quality standards before it moves to shipment.

Our testing and inspection capabilities include:

  • Visual inspection and step-by-step monitoring of all processes
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
  • Heat treating and stress relieving
  • Hardness testing
  • Impact testing
  • Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • Leak testing
  • Hydrostatic testing up to 2,500 psig
  • Environmental monitoring and reporting
  • Soluble salt testing
  • Full blast and lining profile measuring
  • Dry film thickness testing
  • Adhesion testing
  • Lining continuity (holiday) testing

When you receive pipe piles from T BAILEY LLC, you are receiving material that has been fabricated from high-quality steel, thoroughly inspected, and tested to support long-term foundation performance.
