We build all our shop-fabricated vertical storage tanks from start to finish, including coating and painting, and deliver them to the job site. We field erect tanks larger than 20 x 20 feet, meaning we fabricate parts of the tank in-house, send them to the site for construction, and subcontract the painting.

Our Vertical Storage Tank Fabrication Process

After a client provides us with specific information about their storage tank, we design it according to the customer’s request. We then detail each component of the project and submit it for client approval. 

Once the client has given their approval, we initiate the material preparation phase. This involves bringing in the necessary raw materials (typically carbon or stainless steel), shaping them through cutting or rolling, and then moving them to our dedicated paint facility for surface preparation and priming. The tank’s accessories, including nozzles, vents, stairways, and ladders, also undergo the same painting process in our facility. 

Once all the components are ready, we ensure a swift and efficient process. We assemble a dedicated crew on site and ship the materials using just-in-time methods, guaranteeing that the client’s vertical storage tank is delivered on schedule and ready for use.

Our Vertical Storage Tanks

We manufacture vertical steel storage tanks for several uses, with the three primary functions being water, petrol, and chemical storage. 

• Water storage tanks generally hold potable, irrigation, process, and fire suppression reservoirs.
• Petrol (oil and gas) storage tanks contain crude or refined petroleum products. They may also act as large storage facilities that serve as distribution hubs for various fuel types or within refineries holding crude or partially refined products at different processing stages.
• Vertical chemical storage tanks hold industrial, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals used in food production or cleaning products.

The choice of material for the tanks mostly depends on the stored substance.
