T BAILEY, INC. fabricated, the water reservoir which was 107’ in diameter and 40’ high, giving it a capacity of 2 million gallons. The project also included a 17’ x 28’ booster pump station and all interconnecting utility piping.
4 each 80 BBL API 650 Storage Tanks 120′ diameter x 40′ high with internal floating roofs. This was a design/build project for a private developer. All 4 tanks were field erected in a five-month window to meet the client’s schedule to become operational.
A 2006 Steel Tank Institute Tank of the Year Award-winning 160’ft high x 53’d welded steel water tank with a self-supported seal welded knuckle roof. The site was located in a new housing development and had very limited access and the developer requested minimal clearing on site.
Tank improvements to 3 existing water reservoirs including ladders, platforms, roof vents, shell stiffeners (pictured above), piping, and interior and exterior concrete foundation improvements.
T BAILEY performed extensive rehabilitation on an existing welded steel water tank including major foundation modifications, removing, seal welding, and replacing the entire roof, adding two additional shell courses, spiral stairs, demolition of an adjacent tank and foundation, and additional tank and site upgrades.
Fabrication and field erection of a new 18′ diameter x 210′ tall steel single wall stack for the Coyote Springs II Power Project.
915,000 gallon Muckleshoot Standpipe in Auburn, WA constructed in 1996 for Indian Health Services. Upper tank and roof were constructed on the ground and lifted into place.
In 2001 T BAILEY, INC. built the new 74’d x 88’h 3.5MG High Tank #2 (shown above) and a new 150’d x 30’h 3MG Nike tank as well as performed upgrades on two existing water tanks for the Alderwood Water District.
