SSPC/NACE Blasting and Coating For Custom Fabrication
Ensuring that your custom steel fabrication is able to withstand decades of harsh environmental conditions requires powerful blasting and coating services. This is another area where T BAILEY INC. surpasses the competition. We have an in-house industrial coatings division, which means that we are able to begin the coating process in the early stages of fabrication, rather than just slapping a coat on at the end of the project.
By starting the blasting and coating process at the beginning of fabrication, we ensure that your custom project receives a quality coat engineered specifically for it. Our blasting and AISC coating services include:
- Pre-washing steel to eliminate oils, soluble salt, and other contaminants per SSPC SP1
- Machine or manual blasting steel to prepare it for metalizing and coating
- Metalizing
- Prime and finish coating and lining with epoxies, urethanes, zinc, enamels, and vinyl ester coatings
By blasting and coating your custom project in-house, T BAILEY INC. is able to do more than just ensure a quality coat, we are also able to save your company thousands of dollars by eliminating the need to transport your project to a third party coating facility.
