T BAILEY, INC. fabricated approximately 72 pieces of oscillator casing in various sizes from 1500mm to 2500 mm in diameter in typical 24’ long sections provided in both 1” and 2” carbon steel wall thicknesses for the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement project located in Long Beach, CA.
T BAILEY’s barge loadout facility is located on the Swinomish Channel within a mile of our March Point Road, Anacortes, WA fabrication shop. The barge shown above is 180’ in length and 45’ wide with 3 each 12’6” diameter x 44’ long pressure vessels loaded for shipment to Alaska.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated a new float assembly for Harbor Industries in Sitka Alaska c/o Transpac Marinas. The final float was made up of six each 20′ x 56′ sub-assemblies and four pile hoop float assemblies.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated and installed approx. 230 lf of 16′ diameter penstock that began with a complex square to round transition to connect to an existing point and ended in a bifurcation that split into approx. 200 lf of 11′ diameter penstock that connected to two existing points already encased in concrete.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated sixty-three 240′ lengths of bridge pilings for the new Port Mann Bridge in B.C., Canada.
Four (4) pile cap frames and interconnecting pipe sections for replacement of the Avon Wharf facility at Tesoro’s Martinez, CA refinery. The largest frame section weighed over 164 Tons (328,000 lbs).
T BAILEY, INC. shop fabricated, finish painted, and delivered a new 65M tall wind tower to Grouse Mountain Resorts in Vancouver, BC in time for the grand opening ceremony to coincide with the 2010 Winter Olympic games.
T BAILEY, INC. fabricated, finish painted and delivered 2 each 12’d x 32’l 660 BBL API 650 storage tanks for ConocoPhillips Beluga Gasfield in Alaska. The tanks were finish painted with a 3 coat epoxy interior and a 2 coat epoxy exterior system.
