T BAILEY operated as the general contractor and was awarded the Water System Improvement Project for the City of Vale, Oregon. The project was designed to eliminate toxins from the city’s drinking water, specifically arsenic. The City of Vale received funding from the Federal Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund which utilizes American Iron and Steel (AIS) Requirements for the Project. AIS requires all building materials utilizing iron or steel products to be produced in the United States.
Before erecting the new 12MG 184′ d x 63′ high water reservoir, T Bailey, INC. prepped the site including clearing approximately 6.5 acres, mass excavation of over 40,000 cy, grading, and 2000LF of large diameter transmission and yard piping.
Replace the existing fuel systems and tanks with new UL tanks and fueling systems at the Russian Mission and Sheldon Point villages.
T BAILEY, INC. built a new pump station that included 2 horizontal pumps, metering system, piping, valves, and restroom facilities.
Project included construction of a fire fighting training facility including: fuel piping, solenoid valves and nozzles, buried fuel tank, secondary containment piping, fuel skimmer and storage, control building and pump station, electrical, site work, high temperature resistant concrete pads, and structural steel mock-up.
T BAILEY, INC. built a new pump station with a backup generator and chlorination system that included 2 vertical and 4 horizontal pumps to supply water to the new Maple Ridge Highlands housing development.
T BAILEY, INC. designed, fabricated, erected, painted, and installed cathodic protection and insulation on (1) 90,000 gallon water tank and (2) 125,000 gallon fuel tanks. In addition we provided and installed supply, distribution, and interconnecting mechanical fuel piping and equipment.
T BAILEY, INC. constructed a new partially buried booster pump station complete with chemical metering skid, electrical and controls. The overall project also included site development of approximately 4.8 acres with mass excavation, grading, paving, fencing, landscaping, and undergound utilties.
