T BAILEY, INC. custom fabricated 15 tanks at their Anacortes, Washington facility. The project included:
- 3 ASME Aqueous Ammonia Pressure Vessels
- 3 API 650 Lube Oil Storage Tanks
- 2 UL 142/STI F921 Service Lube Oil Tank
- 7 ASME Code Air Receivers. The ASME Code Air Receivers were built to ASME Code Section VIII Division 1.
The largest tanks were 12’-6” diameter x 41’-6” long with the smallest being 4’-6” diameter x 14’-0 long. All of the tanks were painted by T BAILEY’s Industrial Painting Group. Tanks that had insulation used an Carboline Carboguard 890 epoxy under the insulation. The other tanks used a Carboline Carbocoat 45 alkyd enamel. These tanks were delivered by barge to Anchorage, Alaska where T BAILEY, INC. arranged for final delivery to the project site.
