Industrial Coating Capabilities
T BAILEY, INC.’s paint division was originally developed to support our fabrication and construction operations but has now expanded to serve outside clients needs as well. Our paint facilities include a 14,000 square foot surface preparation and painting building that houses an Eight Wheel Structural Surface Preparation Machine. This machine is capable of removing rust or mill scale from steel plate or structures up to 4’ wide by 10’ high x 60′ long.
Our capabilities include both machine and hand blasting, prime and finish painting, and metalizing in our heated and ventilated paint spray booth and paint cure room. We metalize with zinc, aluminum and non-skid wire and can apply quick-set epoxies and urethanes with plural component equipment. With a mutually agreed upon paint system, projects can be available for delivery the next day. Materials can be moved with our two bridge cranes (10-ton capacity/30 foot hook height) or with one of our 5 to 20 ton capacity forklifts.
Our veteran work staff includes 3 NACE Certified Level III Inspectors and over 70 years of combined experience in the painting industry. Our facility is SSPC QP3 Certified and is conveniently located just 10 miles and 15 minutes from the I-5 corridor.
Our state of the art facility located in beautiful Skagit Valley is sensitive to today’s environmental concerns. All of our waste paint and abrasives are recycled and/or disposed of according to local, state and federal regulations and all of our exhaust air is filtered before being released into the atmosphere.
